U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Carl Champagne (left), 263rd Flight Operations superintendent and Lt. Col. Bradley Claxton (right), 263rd Combat Communications commander, enjoy grilling nearly 400 hot dogs during Operation Santa held at Badin Elementary School, Badin, N.C., Dec. 14th, 2019. Operation Santa is an annual event run by the Chapter 7 organization of the North Carolina Air National Guard (NCANG) which chooses select schools to provide assistance to families during the holiday season. This year, the NCANG provided presents, lunch, music, bouncy castles and a Santa. The NCANG also partnered with the local Target for food donations.
