The Airman & Family Readiness Program (A&FRP) is the cornerstone of the North Carolina Air National Guard family support system, helping Airmen and families enhance their readiness and quality of life. The Airman & Family Readiness Program is dedicated to establish and facilitate ongoing communication, involvement, support, and recognition between our Airmen, their families and the military. The A&FRP also assists commanders, units, and base leaders meet their responsibilities for the welfare of members, military families, and single members during peacetime and mobilization through its Chain of Concern.
There is a direct relationship between a member's ability to successfully accomplish a mission, and the quality of life their family experiences. Because of this relationship, many programs and policies are available to promote a positive family environment.
