The Military & Family Readiness Program (M&FRP) is
the cornerstone of the North Carolina Air National Guard family support system,
helping Airmen and families enhance their readiness and quality of life. The
Military & Family Readiness Program is dedicated to establishing and
facilitate ongoing communication, involvement, support, and recognition between
our Airmen, their families and the military. The M&FRP also assists
commanders, units, and base leaders meet their responsibilities for the welfare
of members, military families, and single members during peacetime and
mobilization through its Chain of Concern.
There is a direct relationship between a member's ability to successfully
accomplish a mission, and the quality of life their family experiences. Because
of this relationship, many programs and policies are available to promote a
positive family environment.
