Clarence Ervin’s late wife during the retirement ceremony at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base (NCANG), Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Feb. 09, 2019. Family, friends and guard members gathered to celebrate the retirement of Gen. Ervin, Chief of Staff for the NCANG, after serving in the military for 37 years.
