Members of the North Carolina Air National Guard participate in an Ability To Survive and Operate (ATSO) training held in a C-17 Globemaster III hangar at the North Carolina Air National Guard (NCANG) Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Jan. 10, 2019.
