NEW LONDON,   N.C.  – In March 2013, 26 members of the Royal Air Force 3 Wing Construction Engineers Canadian Forces from Bagotville, Quebec, take time out for a photo on stairs installed between two buildings they constructed to be used for sleeping quarters and classrooms.  The Canadians were at the North Carolina Air National Guard Regional Training Site in New London, N.C., participating in the Deployment for Training Program hosted by 145th Civil Engineering Squadron.
