More than 100 Airmen and Soldiers from the North Carolina National Guard attended Four Lenses & Enhanced Human Capital, professional development courses taught at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Dec. 11, 2015. Lt. Col. Kevin Basik, Air Force representative to the Secretary of Defense for Military Professionalism, traveled from Washington D.C. to talk with guardsmen about better ways to communicate, not only as supervisors but strengthen communication and personal interaction with coworkers, family and friends through the skills taught in this class. These courses are designed for military members to help acquire the skills needed to understand human psychology that is currently not provided through traditional Air Force coursework. Attendees learned better ways to communicate, not only as supervisors but strengthen communication and personal interaction with coworkers, family and friends. The Four Lenses & Enhanced Human Capital courses are designed for military members to help acquire the skills needed to understand human psychology that is currently not provided through traditional Air Force coursework.
