Leadership course provides N.C. Guardsmen pathways to success
More than 100 Airmen and Soldiers from the North Carolina National Guard attended professional development training held at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Dec. 11, 2015. Attendees learned better ways to communicate, not only as supervisors but strengthen communication and personal interaction with coworkers, family and friends. The Four Lenses & Enhanced Human Capital courses are designed for military members to help acquire the skills needed to understand human psychology that is currently not provided through traditional Air Force coursework. Technical sergeants (E-6) through chief master sergeants (E-9) were invited to attend. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt. Patricia F. Moran /Released)
