U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Zachary Leddy, 145th Airlift Wing Contracting officer, posed for a picture at his desk after discussing his involvement in the year end fiscal purchases with unexpected funding at the North Carolina Air National Guard (NCANG) Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Oct. 4th, 2019. Members from the 145th Airlift Wing Contracting office, Finance, and Logistics Readiness Squadron collaborated across the wing to ensure end of year funds were appropriately spent on equipment needed for readiness for the 118th ASOS and 145th Airlift Wing. Members were able to purchase equipment for almost 1,500 members of the NCANG to ensure deployment readiness.
