Members of the 145th Airlift Wing Small Air Terminal stand at attention for the family of U.S. Air Force Maj. Ryan S. David as they enter the building for the first time following it’s dedication ceremony, at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, June 9, 2019. The 145th Airlift Wing dedicated four buildings across the base to the fallen members of the MAFFS aircrew, including Maj. David, who passed away in 2012 following an accident while fighting a wild fire in South Dakota.
