The wife and son of U.S. Air Force Maj. Ryan David show off a display made to explain the function of a Small Air Terminal, following a building dedication ceremony at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, June 9, 2019. The 145th Airlift Wing dedicated four buildings across the base to the fallen members of the MAFFS aircrew, including Maj. David, who passed away in 2012 following an accident while fighting a wild fire in South Dakota.
