Thomas Kennett (left), Assistant Adjutant General for Air, North Carolina National Guard (NCANG), during a Change of Command Ceremony held at the NCANG Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, June 9, 2018. Terrell is the first female commander for the 145th AW and will continue the units transition to the C-17 Globemaster III.
