Colonel Scott Nall is the 245th Civil Engineer Flight Commander a n d i s responsible for the strategic future of the unit and to ensure the unit provides timely and proactive support to United States Air Forces Europe/Air Forces Africa and Africa Command. In his career, he has served in two Air National Guard, Staff Augmentation teams (S-Teams), the first being located in St. Louis, Missouri. He has served around the world during his career to include such locations as South Korea, Japan, Germany, Spain, Qatar, Afghanistan, Djibouti, and Oman.
