The North Carolina Air National Guard Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC) team poses for a group photo to commemorate their experience supporting the 58th United States Presidential inauguration. From Left to Right, Master Sg.t Rebecca Tongen, Staff Sgt. Mark Fow, Senior Master Sgt. James Cutshaw, Master Sgt. Timothy Jones, Staff Sergeant Benjamin Elliot, Brigadier Gen. Staudenraus, and Master Sgt. Erik Kennedy. The team’s mission is to provide backup communications to three tactical operations centers Task Force Security, Task Force Crowd, and Task Force Access, in Washington D.C.
