145th Airlift Wing conduct annual Water Survival Refresher Course

Barnhardt, New London, N.C., Sept. 10, 2016. Hands-on familiarity with all of the emergency equipment kept on the C-130 Hercules aircraft is essential to build muscle memory in times of crisis. The course is an annual requirement which covers water survival equipment and procedures to prepare aircrew members for parachuting into water or an aircraft incident over water.
