Deployment for Training keeps civil engineers mission ready
Members of the 138th Civil Engineer Squadron, Tulsa, Okla; place concrete for a new training area at the 145th Regional Training Site, New London, N.C., June 25, 2015. The concrete pad will support the new Rapid Runway Repair Super Kit. 145th and 138th civil engineers participated in a Deployment for Training program that provides contingency type training and gives airmen invaluable hands-on experience that cannot be matched in a traditional drill weekend at home station.
