Enlisted Symposium Cultivates NCANG’s Most Vital Resource: People
U.S. Air Force Col. Marshall C. Collins, commander of the 145th Airlift Wing, welcomes airmen to the first ever Enlisted Symposium held Aug. 14, 2015 at the North Carolina Air National Guard’s, recreation center in Charlotte, N.C. The symposium, sponsored by the North Carolina Chiefs Council, focused on the professional development of Airmen with a day of instruction including such topics as the Air Force fitness program, career progression and how to write evaluation bullets.
