NCANG encourages airmen to be environmental stewards

145th Airlift Wing held an Environmental Education Day at the North Carolina Air National Guard base, Charlotte Douglas Intl. Airport, April 18, 2015. Several agencies participating in community programs relating to recycling, water quality and environmental restoration attended the event. Several pamphlets and games were available for airmen to take home to their children so they could actually have fun while learning to recycle. Members were given the opportunity to learn more about local environmental initiatives within the community, at home and at work. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Master Sgt. Patricia F.
