NCANG encourages airmen to be environmental stewards
The 145th Airlift Wing held an Environmental Education Day at the North Carolina Air National Guard base, Charlotte Douglas Intl. Airport, April 18, 2015. Several agencies participating in community programs relating to recycling, water quality and environmental restoration attended the event. Employees were treated to a hotdog/drink/chip combo; all were very appreciative of an opportunity to learn more about local environmental initiatives within the community, at home and at work.
