145th CES Chaplain gets Promoted to Major
U.S. Air Force Capt. Scott M. Ostrowski, was ceremoniously pinned to the rank of Major by his wife Tami and mother Stephanie, during a promotion ceremony held at the North Carolina Air National Guard base, Charlotte Douglas Intl. Airport, Oct. 4, 2014. Ostrowski enlisted in the NCANG in 2010 and is chaplain for the 145th Civil Engineer and Logistics Readiness Squadrons. Chaplain Ostrowski recently returned from a six month deployment where he served with the 379th Air Expeditionary Wing supporting the 379th Mission Support Group.
