Norwegian military engineer cadets from Krigskolen Academy, Norway got a chance to cross-train with the North Carolina Air National Guard, 145th Civil Engineer Squadron by utilizing the Heavy Equipment Program on simulators at Stanly County Community College in Albemarle, N.C., October 22, 2013.
