Brian Bohlman, Yellow Ribbon Support Specialists for South Carolina Air National Guard welcomes North and South Carolina Air National Guard at their first joint Yellow Ribbon Event held in Charlotte, N.C., November 16, 2013. The North and South Carolina Guard’s Yellow Ribbon Program serves as a series of stepping stones to help reunite families and reacclimatize Airmen and Soldiers to the civilian world.
