Greg Walters, commander, 145th Civil Engineer Squadron, North Carolina Air National Guard, talks with his troops during the first ever North and South Carolina ANG joint Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program event. The YR Program serves as a series of stepping stones to help reunite families and reacclimatize Airmen and Soldiers to the civilian world.
