Mark Dow, 145th Security Forces Squadron and Phil Jonas, Yellow Ribbon Support Specialists for North Carolina Air National Guard review agenda during the first joint North and South Carolina Air National Guard Yellow Ribbon event held in Charlotte, N.C., November 16, 2013. The North and South Carolina Guard’s Yellow Ribbon Program serves as a series of stepping stones to help reunite families and reacclimatize Airmen and Soldiers to the civilian world. Through the YR Program, Airman can be assured that their families are taken care of while they are away.
