Promotion to Col. for 145th MSG Deputy Commander
U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Barbara Doncaster, 145th Mission Support Group Deputy Commander, is promoted to the rank of colonel during a ceremony held at the North Carolina Air National Guard base, Charlotte-Douglas Intl. airport, Jan. 11, 2014. Doncaster’s mother Madeline, and Col. Quincy N. Huneycutt, Vice Wing commander, 145th Airlift Wing, did the honors in removing her oak-leafed, lieutenant colonel rank from her uniform and replacing it with an eagle with outstretched wings – the insignia for colonel.
