145th AW Keeps “Mission Ready” as 2nd Winter Storm Hits the Carolinas

U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Ricky Tarlton, 145th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Small Air Terminal, operates an all-terrain forklift at the North Carolina Air National Guard base, Charlotte Douglas Intl. airport, February 12, 2014 during a winter storm that brought the city to a standstill.
