U.S. Air Force Capt. Joel Kingdon, a C-130H Hercules aircraft pilot for the 156th Airlift Squadron, is ceremoniously pinned to the rank of Major by his wife Jenna and Lt. Col. Bradley Holbrooks, pilot for the 156th AS, during a promotion ceremony held at the North Carolina Air National Guard base, Charlotte Douglas Intl. airport, August 2, 2014.
