Charlotte, N.C. – Medical personnel offload patients, out of a C-130H Hercules aircraft towards a Triage area during a National Disaster Medical System regional exercise at the Charlotte Air Guard base. Several dozen city, state, and federal agencies worked together during the day long exercise at the Charlotte Air Guard base simulating over 100 evacuees arriving for medical care.
