Vigilant Guard Alaska
The Joint Incident Site Communication Capability team along with Joint Forces Headquarters- North Carolina internet technology staff set up a satellite communication dish at the National Guard Armory in Kenai, Alaska, during the Alaska National Guard Vigilant Guard 2010 exercise April 25. Alaska NG VG-2010 is an exercise sponsored by the National Guard Bureau that allows Joint Forces Headquarters, Joint Task Forces and various field units to improve command and control and to exercise operational relationships with local, state, regional and federal partners.
