Charlotte, NC -- Senior Master Sgt. Rick Hergenreter is interviewed by WSOC-TV news photographer Bill Bruce. Hergenreter is sharing that the guard will provide the logistical support required to get the supplies from the drop off collection points to the main warehouse.
