263rd Combat Communications Squadron Deployment
Members of the 263rd Combat Communications Squadron, located in New London, N.C. deployed to Southwest Asia August 29. Part of the North Carolina ANG’s 145th Airlift Wing, based in Charlotte, N.C., the group departed from Charlotte ANG Base on a C-5 Galaxy aircraft with supplies to assist in the creation of base infrastructure at an undisclosed location. Photos here depict the loading and boarding processes prior to departure.
