NEW LONDON, N.C. – March 2013, Master Sgt. Christopher R. Speagle, Prime BEEF Manager, 145th Civil Engineering Squadron, instructs a class on Mission Essential Equipment, a class involving the use of specialized and unique mission essential equipment civil engineers don’t normally use in their day-to-day operations. The North Carolina Air National Guard Regional Training Site, New London, N.
