RALEIGH, N.C. – March 7, 2013, CPL. Jonathan St-Louis, Royal Air Force 3 Wing Construction Engineers Canadian Forces, Bagotville, Quebec, pose with a student from Sanderson High School while attending Hurricanes vs. Montréal Canadians NHL game. For two weeks 26, 3 Wing Construction Engineers participated in the Deployment for Training Program, an exchange agreement between the Royal Canadian Air Force and the United States Air National Guard hosted by 145th Civil Engineering Squadron at the North Carolina Air National Guard Regional Training Site in New London, N.C. U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Rebecca Tongen, 145th Civil Engineer Flight, gets an operations update for accountability during the 2015 Vigilant Guard Exercise. This exercise, held at the 145th Civil Engineer Squadron Regional Training Site, New London, N.C., March 6-8, 2015, is designed to measure the effectiveness of National Guard forces supporting civilian activities following a hurricane.
