145th Medical Group Officer gets promoted to Lt. Col.

U.S. Air Force Maj. Samuel Ingram, 145th Medical Group, is ceremoniously pinned to the rank of Lt. Col. by daughter Lauren and son Reed during the promotion ceremony held at the North Carolina Air National Guard base, Charlotte Douglas Intl. airport, June 7, 2014. Ingram enlisted in the NCANG, August 1988, as a Public Health Technician. In 1990, Ingram cross-trained and accepted a position in the 145th MG as a full-time Bioenvironmental Engineer. After receiving his commission in 2001, he became the Senior Administrator for 145th MG and continues to serve as the Environmental Manager for the North Carolina Air National Guard.
