1950 Scene 118th ACW Sq, Wadesboro Site; Names of the personnel in this photo are unknown. Notes on the back of this photo say that an Air Force team from HQ, 14th Air Force, Warner-Robins AFB, GA are checking radar reception at the Wadesboro NC Detachment. The building in the background was dismantled at Camp McColl, moved to our Wadesboro location and reconstructed as a temporary meeting facility for the 118th. The site of the permanent Wadesboro facility was constructed across the road from this site.
