For two weeks in March 2013, members of the Royal Air Force 3 Wing Construction Engineers Canadian Forces Base, Bagotville, Quebec made the 145th Civil Engineering Squadron at the North Carolina Air National Guard Regional Training Site in New London, N.C

NEW LONDON, N.C. – On March 10, 2013, Lt. Col. Timothy Moran, Deputy Commander, 145th Engineer Squadron presents the North Carolina state flag to Master Warrant Officer Martin Cloutier of the Royal Air Force 3 Wing Construction Engineers Canadian Forces from Bagotville, Quebec, as a token of thanks for the professionalism, hard work and dedication of the 26, 3 Wing Royal Air Force engineers that participated in the Deployment for Training Program hosted by 145th Civil Engineering Squadron at the North Carolina Air National Guard Regional Training Site in New London, N.C. This two week program is an exchange agreement between the Royal Canadian Air Force and the United States Air National Guard. (National Guard Photo by Tech. Sgt.
