Members of the North Carolina Air National Guard participate in an Ability To Survive and Operate (ATSO) training held in a C-17 Globemaster III hangar at the North Carolina Air National Guard (NCANG) Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Jan. 10, 2019. The ATSO exercise consists of ten rotating stations and serves as refresher training for situations like self-aid buddy care, explosive ordinance device recognition, and chemical warfare decontamination stations.
